TOWN AND COUNTRY POOLS was opened in 1979 by Rick & Sue Silvagni, and is
still solely owned by them. 1997 saw the opening of a second store in Williamsport. In 1999 the Cardinal Fence Division was started.
The pool company and other divisions employ 9 full time people and up to 9 additional seasonal help. No subcontractors are used. Well-trained, experienced key people enable the company to maintain its reputation and quality, ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
